Responsibilities:
• Ordering process according to EPC (engineering, procurement and contracts) e.g. ordering for general items, spare parts, part exchange repair, warranty, fabrication, labor, testing, calibration based on user's requirement.
• Identify and determine more items to be considered as blanket POs/ e-catalogue/contract to avoid repetitive supplier selection process.
• Reviewing BoQ, managing tender, review and evaluate bid proposals in accordance with the tender evaluation (including preparation and structured negotiations) to achieve the tender objectives regarding CAPEX project, building maintenance and contract service.
• Maintaining accurate overseas purchase records and proper document to prepare payment of supplier process.
• Contract owner for respective spent and work with legal dept and relevant stakeholders to finalize and validate contract written.
• Conducting negotiation with suppliers for optimal price, minimum order quantity, sales contract, delivery time and comparing them to obtain goods or services at competitive prices and the most value.
• Overseeing progress and track shipments coordinating with the team and user regarding any delay, cancel or reschedule on request of the items and timeline of the services.
Responsibilities:

• Negotiate with vendors to obtain the most favorable prices and terms of contract, negotiating troubleshooting deliveries issues and quality issues.
• Initiatives to continuously improve product range and focus on assortment planning production and product development for private brands.
• Manage product packaging, manual book and graphic materials to ensure they comply with company standards.
• Support end-to-end for on-going and upcoming campaigns with various stakeholders across teams.
• Support in managing profitability and developing the strategic direction of all assigned categories including sales, margin, turnover.
• Assessing the effectiveness of stock allocation & replenishment different product displays, rotation and store layouts on sales figures.

Responsibilities:
• Inventory Management - Negotiate with vendors to get products available to purchase at the right quantity or the right lead time at the right warehouse, including stock rebalancing.
• Lead Time Management - ensuring that products sold are readily available as promised.
• Discount Management - reduction of excess inventory through price discount
• Supported strategic solutions for campaign planning; curated SKU for big campaigns (involved in all fabelio big campaign 10.10, 11.11, 12.12).
• Proposed strategic solutions for online channel by adding website search attributes, SKU management (creation, mapping, analysis), inventory sustainability, and collaborated with respective teams (showroom, supplier, marketing)
• Supported the goal of category growth in terms of sales, market shares, cost efficiency, policy making, bettering and/or building new internal flow processes such as quality control processes etc.
• Analyze and anticipate competitor assortment find matching suppliers to grow the category.
• Analyze customer behavior, customer feedback and develop improvement suggestions based on the insights gathered.
